I Choose To Count My Blessings - My Birthday Blessings.

There is a popular hymn that is sung in church and it goes thus:

"Count your blessings, name them one by one

Count your blessings, see what God hath done

Count your blessings, name them one by one

Count your many blessings, see what God hath done"

Today being my birthday, I decided to have a reflection of my blessings this year. On the 26th of March, 2022, I graduated from the university (National Open University of Nigeria) amongst my mates who also gained admission into the great institution. My only help has been the grace of God. ln conclusion, I am proud to state that on the 31st of march, I begun posting my article on one of the most encouraging platforms I have discovered, called Medium. Prior to that, I have been searching for a platform to tell my story and reach out to the people living with the same disability as me (spina bifida). It has been challenging until I discovered Medium. The engagement and followings has been superb and I’m very grateful for it.

Once again, as stated earlier, today I’m 23years old. Cheers to me!
